By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
DegreeValid provides (a) credential evaluation β a professional opinion of the U.S. equivalency of a Chinese academic credential β and (b) authenticity verification β a good-faith check of a credential against official Chinese registries (CHSI/CDGDC). Our reports reflect our professional judgment based on the documents you provide and the verification obtained.
Our reports are opinions, not guarantees. We do not guarantee admission, employment, licensure, immigration outcomes, or that any institution or authority will accept our report. Acceptance is always at the discretion of the receiving organization. We recommend confirming a recipient's specific requirements before ordering.
For evaluations, you must provide a valid CHSI (ε¦δΏ‘η½) online verification for your credential (Step 1) so we can confirm the record before we prepare the evaluation (Step 2). We may decline or pause an order where the record cannot be verified.
You represent and warrant that: the documents you submit are genuine and unaltered; the information you provide is accurate; and you have the right to submit them and to authorize the checks described here. You must not submit forged, fraudulent, or altered documents, or use our reports to deceive any person or institution. We may refuse or cancel service, and report suspected fraud, at our discretion.
Fees are shown on our Prices page (base evaluation, plus optional degree- and transcript-verification add-ons). Payment is due as described at checkout. Optional add-ons that involve official third-party fees (e.g. CDGDC/CSSD) are ordered on your behalf once you pay for them. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
Stated turnaround times (e.g. "within 24 hours") are good-faith estimates measured from receipt of complete, legible documents and any required verification. They are not guarantees, and complex cases may take longer.
The website, its content, and the format of our reports are owned by DegreeValid. You may use a report you purchased for your own lawful purposes (employment, education, immigration, personal records), but may not alter it or misrepresent its contents.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made by any third party based on our report.
You may not use the service to launder or legitimize fraudulent credentials, to create documents intended to deceive, or in violation of any applicable law. Violations may result in cancellation without refund and referral to relevant authorities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jiang'an District, Wuhan, Hubei.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is posted here with its date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
