The base fee is $9.99 per transcript, which includes the free CHSI credential verification plus your course-by-course or general evaluation. Optional add-ons: $50 for official CDGDC degree verification and $29 for official CSSD transcript-grade verification. Multiple separate credentials are priced per credential. Standard turnaround is within 24 hours of receiving your complete, legible documents. Complex cases or verifications that require institution contact may take longer; we'll always tell you upfront.

Typically your academic transcript plus your graduation certificate (毕业证) and/or degree certificate (学位证). Clear scans or photos in PDF, JPG, or PNG are fine. Documents in Simplified Chinese or English are both accepted.

No. Our reviewers read Chinese, so you can submit original-language documents. If you need a standalone certified English translation as well, let us know and we'll advise.

Our reports follow widely used U.S. equivalency standards and are prepared for education, employment, and immigration use. Final acceptance is always at the discretion of the receiving organization, so we recommend confirming their specific requirements before ordering.

We use a two-step process. First, we confirm the credential against CHSI (学信网), China's official Ministry of Education student-records registry — you provide the free online verification code, and we check it directly. Only after the record is confirmed do we build your evaluation. This means every DegreeValid evaluation is backed by an official government verification, not just a visual document review.

CHSI (学信网, operated by CHESICC/CSSD under China's Ministry of Education) is the authoritative registry of higher-education records. Graduates can generate a free online verification report from their CHSI account; it carries a code we can check to confirm the record is real. In China they're two separate documents: the graduation certificate (毕业证) records that you completed the program, and the degree certificate (学位证) records the academic degree awarded. CHSI verifies the graduation record (free, included in the base fee). Verifying the degree certificate is done through CDGDC/CSSD — we can handle that for you as a $50 add-on. Independent verification of the transcript grades themselves is available for $29.

Every DegreeValid report carries a unique Application ID. Anyone holding the report can enter that ID on our Verify a Certificate page to confirm we issued it and view its status.

Yes. Your documents are used solely to prepare your report and are handled securely. We don't share your information with third parties except as needed to verify a credential with its issuing institution.

Payment is collected securely online after we confirm your documents can be processed. Reports are delivered as certified PDFs by email. Printed hard copies can be arranged on request.
