Step 1 of your evaluation is confirming your credential with CHSI (学信网), China's official student-records registry. Generating the report is free and takes just a few minutes.
Visit the official site at chsi.com.cn (an English portal is available at chsi.com.cn/en). CHSI is operated by CHESICC/CSSD under China's Ministry of Education.
Sign in to your 学信档案 (Student File) account, or register with your name, Chinese ID number, and mobile number. This is the account that holds your official education records.
Under 高等教育信息 → 学历 (Higher Education / Qualification), find the graduation record you want verified (e.g. your bachelor's degree).
Choose 在线验证报告 (Online Verification Report) → 教育部学历证书电子注册备案表. The Chinese-language report is free. Set the validity period as long as possible.
Each report shows an 在线验证码 (online verification code) — usually a string of letters and numbers. Copy that code (and/or download the PDF or take a screenshot).
Paste the code into the DegreeValid order form (or email it). We verify it directly on CHSI, then begin Step 2 — your certified evaluation.
Records from 2001 onward are generally available in the CHSI online database. Older graduates, name changes, and some vocational or secondary credentials may not appear online — if that's you, contact us and we'll arrange an alternative verification route (this may be a paid add-on).
Degree certificate (学位证): CHSI verifies your graduation record. If you also need the degree certificate verified through CDGDC/CSSD, add that at checkout for $50 — we handle it for you.
Codes expire. Verification reports are valid for a limited window, so generate yours close to when you order. You can extend the validity from your CHSI account if needed.
