Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be comfortable ordering. Because our work often begins quickly and can involve official third-party fees, refunds depend on where your order stands.

Full refund

You are entitled to a full refund of the base fee if:

• we determine we cannot process your order before work has begun (for example, the credential is outside our scope); or
• you cancel before we have started your evaluation and before any official third-party verification has been ordered; or
• you were charged in error or charged twice.

If a credential cannot be verified

If your CHSI (学信网) record cannot be verified and you choose not to proceed, we will refund the base fee, less any official third-party fees already incurred on your behalf.

Add-on fees

The optional degree-verification (CDGDC/CSSD) and transcript-verification add-ons cover official fees we pay to third parties. Once we have ordered that official verification, those add-on fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome, because the cost has already been incurred.

After a report is issued

Once your evaluation or verification report has been prepared and delivered (that is, once our professional opinion has been rendered), the base fee is non-refundable. If we made a factual error in transcribing your documents, contact us and we will correct and reissue the report at no charge.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order reference and the reason. We aim to review requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first — we will work to make it right. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
